Cartoloji map prints let individuals express their love for places they find meaningful: cities, countries, continents, even the entire world. Founded by Indian artist Bhaval Shah Bell, the DC-based company donates a portion of the sale of each print to charity projects specific to the location of the purchased map.

Happy St Paddy’s day!

File this under “A” for “awesome”!

Here’s Zone 1 of the London Underground map made entirely from drinking straws. I particularly like the use of striped straws to simulate the double-stroked DLR and Overground lines from the real map. Clever work from artist Kyle Bean, who has heaps of amazing work on his website.

Totally cool “abstract maps” by an Indian company called Cartolji.

Isn’t abstract map an oxymoron?

Have been so busy getting Cartoloji up and running. Here’s one of the prints from the site.
